Ant Marketing is seeking compassionate Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join our Church Street, Sheffield office on a temporary basis. You will handle inbound calls for Priority Services Register customers affected by outages and emergencies, providing reassurance and accurate information.
The role is fully office-based with 12-hour shifts between 6:00am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, and shifts may be arranged on short notice during major incidents.
