Location: Church Street Office (must be within 45 minutes commuting distance)

Due to expansion, we are looking to grow our successful management team.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate the team by delivering daily briefs and giving encouragement
  • Report and provide feedback to the Operations Manager
  • Manage client expectations and report to them on a daily basis
  • Performance management of agents (coaching, feedback, GROW plans)
  • Manage agent conduct through ROD’s & disciplinary meetings
  • Complete Return‑To‑Work interviews and manage staff absence
  • Provide ongoing training & coaching for the team
  • Carry out other reasonable ad‑hoc duties
  • Resolve customer escalations through manager call‑backs
  • Agent support: provide guidance and assistance to agents handling complex or escalated tickets, ensuring they have the necessary information and tools to resolve customer issues

Qualifications / Essential Skills

  • Hard working, self‑motivated and dedicated
  • Team Manager experience in either a call centre or face‑to‑face sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong IT skills (support staff using multiple systems)
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to motivate a team to achieve all relevant KPI’s

Hours / Contract

  • Full‑time, 40 hours per week
  • Fully flexible between Monday – Saturday 8am – 8pm
  • Office‑based role; must be within a reasonable commuting distance (45 minutes) of our Church Street Office
  • Contract: Permanent

Pay

£26,000 p.a. plus pay progression
