We Offer:

  • Hourly wage of £13.00 per hour with career progression.
  • For unsociable hours, you will receive £14.00 from 8 pm to midnight and £15.00 from midnight to 2 am.
  • 28 days of holiday (including statutory), with increasing entitlement based on length of service.

  • Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments.
  • Engage with businesses across the American market.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance in all calls.
  • Report to your Team Manager and achieve agreed KPIs.
  • Represent our client’s brand in a professional manner.

Working Hours & Location:

  • Full‑time role, Monday to Friday.
  • Working hours fully flexible between 1 pm and 2 am, aligned with US time zones.
  • 37.5–40 hours per week.
  • After training, you may work from home on a hybrid model.
