About The Job
As one of our Customer Service Advisors you will respond to phone calls and online queries via email. This role includes written customer communication, so you need to be comfortable using a PC and have good typing and grammar skills. We’re a welcoming, friendly team and we’ll give all the training you need to succeed.
We’ll Give You

About You
- Fluent in German & English – written and spoken
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills
- Can work at a fast pace while maintaining high quality standards
- Candidates will be considered only after a fluency test has been conducted and passed (part of interview process)
What Will You Be Doing?
- Respond to emails and answer calls from consumers regarding queries and issues
- Maintain high quality work standards to ensure customers are treated fairly
- Report to your Team Manager
- Represent the brand well and keep customers satisfied
- Communicate in German and English
Hours of Work
- Full time – Fully flexible between Monday – Friday 8 pm‑6 pm, 37.5‑40 hours per week
