This position is based at our Church Street Site in Sheffield City Centre. All applicants are required to be within a 1-hour commute of our Sheffield offices. Training & Grad bay will be completed on-site. Once completed, you may have the option to work on a hybrid model, combining home and site working each week.

About the Job

As one of our Customer Service Advisors, you will respond to phone calls, online queries via email, and social media channels. This role involves customer communication in written format, so you need to be comfortable using a PC and have good typing and grammar skills.

We’ll give you:

  • Β£12.21 per hour, plus a pay progression plan.
  • 20 days holiday, increasing with length of service, plus 8 bank holidays (in lieu if scheduled to work).

About You

  • Fluent in Italian – written and spoken.
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills in English and French.
  • Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high standard of quality.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Responding to emails and answering calls from customers regarding their online orders.
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality work to ensure customers are treated fairly.
  • Reporting to your Team Manager.
  • Referring issues to relevant internal/external departments using correct escalation procedures.
  • Representing the brand well and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating in Italian & English with customers in written form.

Hours of Work

Full-time, flexible between Monday – Sunday, 7AM-8PM. Contract: Permanent.
