We’re a growing B2B sales company working with international clients, and we’re looking for a fluent German-speaking Appointment Setter to engage decision‑makers in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You’ll be booking warm, qualified B2B appointments for our clients – no cold hard selling, no pressure tactics, just professional conversations.
This role requires daily conversations in German.
What You’ll Be Doing- Speaking to German-speaking B2B decision‑makers via phone
- Qualifying interest and securing warm appointments
- Representing our clients professionally and confidently
- Working towards clear, achievable targets with uncapped commission
37.5–40 hours per week, full flexibility required between 8 am–8 pm, Monday–Friday.
What We’re Looking For- Fluent / native‑level German (spoken & written)
- Fluent English
- Confident communicator who enjoys structured targets
- Resilient, motivated, and professional
- Comfortable working in a performance‑driven but supportive team (Candidates must have at least 12 months Telesales or F2F Sales Experience)
- £16.00 – £19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Uncapped bonus structure with clear earning potential
- Pay progression based on performance
