About The Role
We’re a growing B2B sales company working with international clients, and we’re looking for a fluent German-speaking B2B Appointment Setter to engage decision‑makers across the DACH market (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). This is a proactive sales role combining cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. You’ll be speaking directly with business owners and senior decision‑makers, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and booking qualified appointments for our clients. You’ll also engage prospects through social media and digital channels, presenting our proposition in a professional and consultative way. Once interest is established, you’ll arrange and conduct calls, supporting prospects through the onboarding and registration process from initial contact through to completion. This role requires daily conversations in German.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cold calling German-speaking B2B decision‑makers
- Booking qualified sales appointments for clients
- Generating and nurturing B2B leads across the DACH region
- Identifying and engaging potential prospects via phone, LinkedIn, and social media
- Presenting our proposition in a professional and consultative manner
- Developing conversations into warm, qualified opportunities
- Arranging and conducting calls with interested prospects
- Supporting prospects through onboarding and registration from initial contact to completion
- Representing our clients professionally and confidently
- Working towards clear, achievable KPIs and targets with uncapped commission potential
Working Hours
37.5–40 hours per week. Full flexibility required between 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent / native-level German (spoken & written)
- Fluent English
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people and working towards targets
- At least 12 months previous experience in B2B appointment setting, telesales, cold calling
- Resilient, motivated, and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven but supportive environment

- £16.00 – £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
