About the Job
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will respond to phone calls and online queries via email and other social media channels (WhatsApp and Live Chat). This role includes customer communication in written form, so you should be comfortable using a PC with good typing speed and grammar skills. We are a welcoming, friendly team that values customer service as a rewarding career.
We’ll provide you with training and development through our state‑of‑the‑art training academy. We promote from within, and many senior managers started in calling positions, so they understand the importance of every role.

About You
- Fluent in German and English – written and spoken
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills
- Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Candidates will be considered after completing and passing a fluency test as part of the interview process
What you will be doing
- Respond to emails, WhatsApp and Live Chat messages and answer calls from customers, including handling queries and appropriate escalation of complaints
- Maintain a high standard of quality to ensure customers are treated fairly
- Report to your Team Manager
- Refer issues to relevant internal/external departments using correct escalation procedures
- Represent the brand well and keep customers satisfied
- Written communication with customers in German and English
Hours of Work
- Part-time, flexible between Wednesday–Friday, 8am–6pm, 22.5 hours per week
- Contract – Permanent
- You must be able to complete 2 weeks of full-time training remotely
