We are looking for a high-volume full-time Inbound Call Centre Agent to work from our Church Street office located in Sheffield City Centre. This is an office based role and we will only consider applicants within a 1-hour commuting distance of our Sheffield offices.
Hours: Monday – Sunday 7am – 11pm (Full flexibility is required between these hours) Between 37.5 – 40 Hours Per Week
Wage: £12.21 Per Hour – Paid on a monthly basis
Responsibilities:
- Taking Inbound & making Outbound calls
- Providing excellent customer service
- Updating records
- Escalating calls where necessary
Candidate Requirements:
- Comfortable in speaking on the phone
- Able to use a computer/laptop
- Previous call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
- Previous Customer Service experience is advantageous
