This is a full-time office-based role at our Church Street office, working on a B2B appointment setting campaign on behalf of a leading insurance provider. You will be responsible for generating qualified appointments for their specialist team.

We offer:

  • Hourly wage of £12.71 per hour, with career progression in place
  • 28 days of holiday (including statutory), with increasing entitlement based on length of service

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Have a minimum of 12 months Telesales or F2F Sales experience
  • Are confident handling outbound B2B calls in a regulated sector (insurance experience desirable but not essential)
  • Enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for understanding their needs
  • Possess a keen interest in identifying potential customers and securing appointments
  • Exhibit qualities of tenacity, adaptability, resilience, focus, and a positive attitude
  • Thrive in a target-driven environment and value teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our insurance client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments
  • Engage decision-makers professionally and confidently
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance in all conversations
  • Report to your Team Manager
  • Represent our client’s brand in a professional manner
  • Office-based role at our Church Street office
  • Full-time flexibility between Monday and Friday, 8am to 8pm
  • 40 hours per week
