This role will be focused on our WorldFirst business line, an international payments business helping move money around the world. We became part of Ant International in 2019, accelerating our mission to create the world’s best platform for international trade by combining WorldFirst’s products with Ant’s solutions aimed at enabling the digitalisation of the modern services industry globally.
What you will be doing:
- Define, lead and oversee strategic initiatives to drive growth in the UK business, whilst retaining alignment with the company's global vision and objectives.
- Drive revenue growth in the UK market, drive adoption and refinement of existing products whilst defining, launching and scaling new products.
- Support customer growth - formulating and implementing growth strategies based on deep customer and market insights.
- Collaborate with local/international Product & wider business teams (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, Onboarding etc) to define, refine and implement any process improvement that delivers for customers and achieves local business goals.
- Leverage deep customer insight and understanding to define and implement cross functional projects. Execute recommendations by gathering business requirements for tech builds, owning business requirements, process mapping, customer insight and project management.
- Perform analysis and operational duties to drive effectiveness across the UK business. Support in insight & analysis, preparation of materials for senior management, facilitation of key management meetings and project management.
- Act as a key point of contact for a wide set of stakeholders, quickly building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.

- Experience relating to supporting businesses customers in the UK market from a payments/financial services perspective.
- Domain knowledge and experience across Marketplaces, Ecommerce, FX, Lending, and Pricing desirable.
- Ability to work across organisational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity and setting up internal networks to break down barriers and improve cross functional collaboration.
- Ability to handle and manage a fast-paced schedule, high volume of work, produce associated deliverables within short deadlines and work within a complex governance structure.
- Ability to independently drive market & client research and drive the end-to-end development of business requirement documents.
