We’re looking for a commercially astute, high-impact Senior People Partner who thrives in pace and ambiguity. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how the business scales across markets, bringing a strong point of view, using data to drive decisions, and balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
- Driving business performance through people: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the UK and Europe, aligning people strategy to commercial priorities and enabling teams to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
- Scaling organisational design in a fintech environment: Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and structural evolution to support rapid growth, changing priorities, and market expansion across UK and Europe.
- Owning risk and navigating complexity: Provide expert guidance on UK employment law and broader European landscapes, confidently leading complex ER matters with a pragmatic, commercially balanced approach.
- Driving regional Learning & Development initiatives through influence: Partner with central L&D to shape programmes that meet regional needs, ensuring development is practical, relevant, and aligned with business priorities. Identify capability gaps, advise leaders on solutions, and champion a culture of continuous learning across your client groups.
- Building talent and capability at scale: Partner across the full employee lifecycle from hiring through to performance, development, and progression embedding development as a core driver of performance and growth.
- Leveraging data and insight: Use people data, trends, and external market insight to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and performance. Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of the employee journey, helping to build a culture that reflects our global fintech ambition.

- Deep knowledge of UK employment law, with experience across European markets.
- Experience working in a matrix environment, navigating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience influencing L&D initiatives and shaping capability-building programmes, ideally in a scaling organisation.
- Highly commercial mindset, with the ability to translate business strategy into people and capability outcomes.
- Comfortable operating at pace, navigating ambiguity, and driving change.
- Data-driven and insight-led in decision making.
- Strong coaching capability and ability to build credibility quickly.
- Passion for building high-performing, inclusive teams and scalable people solutions.
