As a business analyst you will be instrumental in helping our clients understand the problem they are trying to solve. You will help define an analysis approach that gets the best results, tailoring your approach to fit the need.
At Answer you will be a key asset to our constantly growing Business Analysis Practice, working on initiatives to push the practice forward, whilst keeping an ear to the ground and sharing developments in the external analysis environment.
- Utilisation and advisory experience of industry-standard analysis skills and techniques within the business change and software development life-cycles.
- Ability to drive the functional integrity of the overall solution, ensuring that all key elements of the business case are prioritised and satisfied by the business requirements.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen, ensuring value is understood and scope and requirements are managed and align to this when making decisions or recommending actions.
- Ability to lead and mentor other business analysts, play a role in our Academy, and provide direction and guidance to stakeholders and project teams.
It would be great if you also had experience in some of these, but if not we’ll help you with them:
- Experience of delivering projects through a range of software development methodologies.
- Experience in a number of business sectors and industries; if you’ve worked in Healthcare or have a passion for Healthcare tech that would be great!
