What you’ll be doing
As a business analyst you will be instrumental in helping our clients understand the problem they are trying to solve.
You will be asking the question "why?" to truly understand our client’s problems and help define an analysis approach that gets the best results, tailoring your approach to fit the need.

Practice: working on initiatives to push the practice forward, whilst keeping an ear to the ground and sharing developments in the external analysis environment.
- What you’ll bring to Answer
- Utilisation and advisory experience of industry-standard analysis skills and techniques within the business change and software development life-cycles.
- Expertise in discovery phase activities, comfortable working with ambiguity, and the ability to shape and clarify needs in order to agree scope, manage requirements and backlogs, and structure statements of work.
- Ability to drive the functional integrity of the overall solution, ensuring that all key elements of the business case are prioritised and satisfied by the business requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills — articulate and engaging, and able to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Presentation capabilities which can transform complex ideas into clear narratives, tailored to your audience.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen, ensuring value is understood and scope and requirements are managed and aligned to this, when making decisions or recommending actions.
- A natural inquisitiveness with the ability to question others, collaborate, shape and confirm ideas and solve problems creatively.
- Ability to lead and mentor other business analysts, play a role in our Academy, and provide direction and guidance to stakeholders and project teams.
It would be great if you also had experience in some of these, but if not we’ll help you with them
- Experience of delivering projects through a range of software development methodologies.
- Experience in practice of Lean / Systems Thinking JTBD / VMOST.
- Experience in a number of business sectors and industries, if you’ve worked in Healthcare or have a passion for Healthcare tech that would be great!
