The Role: We are looking for a high-impact VP Sales Europe to lead and scale our European growth charter. This is a P&L-owning leadership role for a proven enterprise sales leader who has built markets, closed large transformation deals, and led senior sales organizations across Europe. This role carries direct responsibility for revenue growth, strategic accounts, large deal closure, and regional GTM execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow the European revenue portfolio with full P&L accountability
- Define and execute Europe GTM strategy across priority industry verticals
- Drive large, complex deal pursuits (€20M–€100M+)
- Build, lead, and mentor senior sales and account leadership teams
- Establish trusted CXO relationships across marquee enterprise clients
- Partner with global delivery and solution teams to ensure deal excellence
- Champion AI, Cloud, Digital, and Transformation-led growth
- Identify market expansion, new logo, and strategic growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 20+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in Europe
- Proven ownership of large, multi-country P&Ls
- Track record of closing mega deals and scaling enterprise accounts
- Strong exposure to IT services, digital transformation, cloud, AI/GenAI, ERP
- Experience building and leading high-performing, multi-country teams
- Executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
