A leading global consultancy is hiring a Senior Manager Workday Finance Consultant to spearhead the delivery of complex finance transformation programmes using Workday technology. This role will lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations across major UK and international clients, driving integration excellence and strategic finance outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and expanding Workday consulting practice, delivering digital transformation at scale and shaping the future of enterprise finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle delivery of Workday Financials integrations across client projects
• Own solution architecture, manage delivery teams (onshore and offshore), and ensure quality execution
• Conduct workshops, challenge client requirements, and oversee Workday configuration and deployment
• Provide technical mentorship and career development for junior colleagues and offshore resources
• Engage in pre-sales activity, bid development, and contribute to future Workday propositions
Required Experience
• Certified in Workday Integration, with hands-on expertise in Workday Studio and other integration tools
• Strong consulting background in finance transformation and cloud ERP
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery on mid to large-scale Workday programmes
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across geographies
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client relationship skills
Desirable
• Experience with global delivery models and offshore team setup
• Prior experience in a consulting environment is essential
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods and Workday\’s implementation methodology
