This role positions you at the forefront of architecting advanced, Palantir‑enabled solutions that unify data, logic, and operational workflows — helping organisations unlock real‑time insights and make high‑quality, data‑driven decisions.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Architect and deliver enterprise‑scale data platforms leveraging Palantir’s ecosystem and capabilities
  • Shape functional and non‑functional designs across large, interconnected systems
  • Lead the production of robust, secure, and maintainable data solutions
  • Work closely with customer architects to influence solution direction and ensure high‑quality design outcomes
  • Drive technical decision‑making and balance trade‑offs in complex environments
  • Contribute to architectural standards, technical policy, and internal best practices
  • Support pre‑sales activities, including solution shaping, scoping, and technical roadmapping
  • Mentor, develop, and support engineering teams, contributing to a strong data community
  • Play a key role in building capability, sharing knowledge, and elevating delivery quality

Your Responsibilities:

As a Palantir Solution Architect, you will:

  • Own the architecture of Palantir‑enabled data solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and long‑term maintainability
  • Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to productionise cloud‑native, high‑availability platforms
  • Provide architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with best practice
  • Partner with stakeholders to challenge assumptions, guide technical direction, and influence design outcomes
  • Establish architectural patterns, governance practices, and frameworks that scale across teams
  • Shape technical proposals, feasibility assessments, and solution design artefacts in pre‑sales engagements
  • Coach team members, support performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Make significant contributions to the wider data capability and community of practice

Key Requirements:

As a Palantir Solution Architect, you should have:

  • Demonstrable experience leading the architecture of at least one significant Palantir‑focused project, ideally involving Foundry or similar — with the ability to articulate design decisions, technical challenges, and impactful outcomes
  • Experience leading multiple delivery teams as the architect across a complex system‑of‑systems landscape
  • Proven background designing, and building modern, data‑intensive applications
  • Broad expertise across the data ecosystem — ingestion, transformation, storage, modelling, presentation, and analytics
  • Strong strategic design capabilities, including problem framing, roadmap definition, risk management, and architecture realisation
  • Confidence with both traditional and contemporary data‑warehousing approaches
  • Experience deploying data‑processing platforms on AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, or equivalent
  • Hands‑on proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python, with the ability to support teams directly when needed
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing engineers or architects within a growing capability

You will gain exposure with:

Working as a Palantir Solution Architect gives you the opportunity to work across:

  • Palantir‑enabled architectures integrating operational workflows and analytical insights
  • High‑impact, enterprise‑scale data transformation programmes across multiple sectors
  • Modern integration patterns including event streaming, messaging, CDC, and data virtualisation
  • Broader architectural domains such as data governance, lineage, MDM, metadata management, and data quality
  • Cloud‑native engineering practices, robust platform engineering, and large‑scale solution delivery

You’ll be part of a collaborative, ambitious technical community where your expertise directly shapes outcomes for high‑profile transformation programmes.

Why Join?:
