This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established Programme Management professional who can lead complex transformation, advise executive stakeholders and help shape new business. What you'll be doing:
- Lead large, complex transformation programmes and portfolios from strategy through to delivery
- Act as a senior delivery leader across high-impact client engagements
- Diagnose complex programme and portfolio challenges and design practical solutions
- Work closely with C-suite and senior client stakeholders to shape critical decisions
- Lead and develop high-performing consulting and delivery teams
- Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for further growth
- Shape proposals, bids and new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development of Programme and Portfolio Management capability
- Build external profile through thought leadership and industry engagementWhat they're looking for:
- 10+ years' experience across management consulting, advisory or professional services
- Strong Programme Management / Portfolio Management expertise
- Proven experience leading large, complex transformation engagements
- Experience managing teams and owning delivery end-to-end
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of developing client relationships
- Comfortable operating with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify complex problems and develop practical solutions
- Professional accreditation or recognised industry expertise
- Degree required; Master's or relevant professional qualifications advantageousThe package:
