This is a great opportunity for a BA who enjoys working at the intersection of business, security and technology — translating complex identity requirements into clear, practical solutions that improve how organisations manage access.
You'll be responsible for: Leading discovery sessions with business, security and technical stakeholdersMapping current and future-state identity and access journeysDefining requirements for IAM solutions, including RBAC models and onboarding processesSupporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or equivalent identity provider implementationsIdentifying process improvements and aligning solutions with IAM best practiceWorking collaboratively with delivery, engineering and transformation teamsWe're looking for someone with experience in: Business Analysis within technology transformation environmentsIdentity & Access Management (IAM), access controls and permissionsRequirements gathering, workshops and stakeholder managementProcess mapping and continuous improvementAgile delivery environmentsThis role requires active SC Clearance (or the ability to transfer existing clearance), and candidates must already hold the relevant clearance to be considered.
