You'll play a key role in shaping and embedding new ways of working, helping organisations transition towards more digitally enabled operating models. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong change management, operating model design, and transformation experience. This role requires Active SC Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and implementation of future operating models aligned to strategic transformation goals.
Lead change activities across large-scale digital programmes, helping teams adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Work with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, identify impacts, and develop practical change strategies.
Support organisational design, capability assessments, and transition planning.
Create change artefacts including impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, and adoption strategies.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term sustainability.
Experience
Required:
Proven experience delivering change management and operating model transformation within complex organisations.
Strong understanding of digital transformation and modern ways of working.
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing across multiple teams. Ability to translate strategy into practical implementation plans.
Experience working in public sector or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable.
Active SC Clearance is essential.
