A contract opportunity is available for an experienced UX/UI Designer to support the delivery of a large-scale, business-critical digital platform within a complex public-sector environment. This role will sit within a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, and technical specialists, contributing to the design and evolution of a Salesforce-based SaaS platform.
The successful candidate will be hands-on with wireframing and interface design, working closely with user researchers to support usability testing and iterating designs based on evidence-led insights.

- Rate: £550 per day (Inside IR35)
- Location: Hybrid Flex working – UK Wide

What you need to be successful
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Strong SaaS platform experience, ideally working with Salesforce-based systems
- Hands-on experience producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs
- Advanced skills using tools such as Figma and/or Sketch, with exposure to Mural or Miro
- Experience supporting or collaborating on usability testing alongside user researchers
- Experience creating user journeys, E2E diagrams, and as-is/to-be artefacts
- Active SC clearance and UK passport required
- Candidates with experience across discovery and alpha phases, service assessments, and strong design advocacy will be particularly well suited to this role.
