A leading professional services consultancy, renowned for its expertise in cloud based business transformation, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Workday HCM Consultant to join their Powered Enterprise practice.

They form part of a world class transformation function that leverages an accelerated Enterprise Business Transformation methodology and pre configured back office best practices, enabling clients to achieve rapid ROI and smoother deployments.

As an Assistant Manager - Workday HCM Consultant, you will:

  • Design and configure Workday Core HCM modules, ensuring solutions align with both industry standards and client needs.
  • Manage offshore consultants through configuration, testing and go live of HCM workstreams.

The ideal Assistant Manager - Workday HCM Consultant will have:

  • Workday Core HCM certification and at least one full cycle HCM implementation under your belt.
  • Proven experience leading end to end delivery of Workday HCM workstreams, including offshore team management.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Additional certifications (Absence, Learning, Payroll, Talent) or mentoring experience are desirable.
