Test Equipment Support Engineer
Location : Broad Oak – Onsite
Salary : Up to £41,500 depending on experience
The Role :
This is an exciting opportunity for a Test Equipment Support Engineer to join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality maintenance and calibration services for specialised test equipment. In this role, you’ll ensure the usability, safety, and compliance of assets while contributing to the design and development of new test equipment.
As part of the In-Service Support (ISS) team, you’ll support contracts critical to the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), working on systems that span decades and will remain operational for years to come.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :
• Performing safety testing, PAT, and HAV.
• Maintaining and calibrating assets, ensuring compliance with documentation and SAP records.
• Carrying out routine calibrations of special-to-type test equipment.
• Updating and repairing assets to maintain usability and safety.
• Designing and building new test equipment as required.
Essential Skills & Experience :
• Background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
Desirable Skills :
• Software coding experience.
