We're partnering with a leading digital consultancy that is investing heavily in its Quality Engineering capability and is looking for an experienced Test Automation Manager to lead teams, influence engineering strategy and remain hands-on with modern automation technologies.
The Role
As a Test Automation Manager, you'll combine leadership and technical delivery, working with engineering teams to define automation strategies, implement best practices and deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing high-performing Quality Engineering teams
- Defining and implementing modern test automation strategies
- Remaining hands‑on with coding and automated testing frameworks
- Driving best practice across quality engineering and software delivery
- Working closely with clients to solve complex engineering challenges
- Helping shape the future of the organisation's Quality Engineering capability
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading and developing automation engineering teams
- Strong background in test automation and modern Quality Engineering practices
- Experience working within cloud environments including AWS or Azure
- Exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools and modern automation approaches
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience
