This opportunity sits within a growing strategy and consulting team focused on helping Healthcare and Public Sector organisations define how technology creates value, enables transformation and supports long-term strategic goals. This is not a pure delivery role and it is not a hands‑on engineering position. Instead, this role suits somebody who enjoys operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology innovation and transformation delivery, working with senior stakeholders to shape complex programmes and influence meaningful change.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising senior client stakeholders across Health and Public Sector organisations
- Developing technology and digital strategies aligned to business outcomes
- Defining operating models, transformation roadmaps and investment cases
- Identifying opportunities to unlock value through emerging technologies
- Leading projects and major workstreams across complex engagements
- Supporting business development, proposals and growth opportunities
- Building trusted client relationships extending into C‑suite environments
- Producing thought leadership and strategic recommendations

- Public Sector / Government
Your experience should look like:
- Experience developing technology, digital or transformation strategies aligned to organisational outcomes
- Leading or supporting large-scale technology‑enabled transformation programmes
- Building operating models, business cases, investment cases or strategic roadmaps
- Advising senior stakeholders and translating business priorities into technology decisions
- Experience within technology consulting, digital advisory, transformation or strategy environments
- Exposure to Healthcare, NHS, Public Sector or Government organisations
- Contributing to growth activities including proposals, opportunity shaping or strategic initiatives
- Comfortable operating across strategy development through to implementation planning
