We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Technology Due Diligence practice. In this role, you will play a key leadership role in assessing the technological aspects of potential investment opportunities, providing strategic insights, and driving value creation initiatives within our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage technology due diligence engagements for potential investments, including assessing technology infrastructure, software, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and IT strategy.
- Strong consulting background with extensive business development experience.
- Collaborate closely with investment teams and other stakeholders to evaluate the technological risks, opportunities, and synergies associated with potential transactions.
