The ideal Technology Adoption Consultant will bring proven expertise in change management, technology adoption, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to high-stakes projects that help maintain national security and support ambitious transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximising Technology Value: Develop and implement change strategies to help organisations achieve the best outcomes from new technology investments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients to align technology usage with business objectives and overcome adoption roadblocks.
- Change Management Leadership: Lead end-to-end change management activities including impact assessments, leadership alignment, and end-user training.
- Developing Training Programmes: Design and deliver training initiatives that drive successful technology adoption.
- Business Development: Support new business proposals, contribute to industry and account teams, and help grow the technology adoption practice.
- Measurement and Improvement: Evaluate adoption success, refine strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Internal Development: Participate in practice development, including building methodologies, capturing knowledge, and sharing best practices.
- Change Management Expertise: Proven experience with change management methodologies, particularly in technology adoption.
- Consulting Experience: Strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful consulting engagements.
- Training & Facilitation: Experience in developing and leading training programmes to support technology initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Leadership & Development: Experience contributing to business development and internal practice enhancement.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Defence and Security sector requirements and an understanding of UK Government security clearance processes.
- Security Clearance: Must hold UK Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
- Base Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 (Depending on Experience)
