Role Purpose: Translate complex technical designs for SAP TRM/FI-CA and system integrations into clear, business-readable documentation. Ensure end-to-end traceability between technical execution and project strategic benefits.

Key Deliverables:

  • Solution Documentation: End-to-end specs for configuration, workflows, data structures, interface specifications, and data flow diagrams.
  • Alignment & Traceability: Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), gap analysis between design and functionality, and technical system-level process maps.
  • Benefits Mapping: Technical feature mapping to business outcomes, impact assessments, and benefits realization inputs.
  • Testing & Quality: Technical inputs for SIT/UAT scenarios and documentation updates following defect resolutions.
  • Deployment: Technical cutover components (data loads, interface readiness), operational runbooks, and BAU handover sets.
  • Governance: Weekly progress reporting and document version control via Confluence.

Key Milestones:

  • Early Design: Architecture walkthroughs complete; documentation framework and RTM initiated.
  • Finalization: First draft of end-to-end solution docs; integration and data flow artifacts approved by Architecture.
  • Build/Test: Documentation updated for configuration outputs; SIT design clarifications provided.
  • Pre-Cutover: Final solution documentation baselined; technical cutover plan approved.
  • Go-Live: Technical validation checks complete; final handover to operational support teams.

Technical Profile:

  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence.
  • Systems: Deep knowledge of SAP TRM/FI-CA and complex system integration patterns.
