Are you a hands-on technical leader ready to drive delivery and innovation within a high-performing agile team? We\’re seeking a Tech Lead to guide a multidisciplinary scrum team working on impactful projects across government and national security domains.
About the Role
As Tech Lead, you\’ll lead a scrum team of 8-9 engineers including AWS, platform, and software specialists, alongside a dedicated Scrum Master. You\’ll be responsible for ensuring key milestones are met while remaining actively involved in development. This is a great opportunity for someone who identifies as a Senior Engineer or Lead Engineer and thrives in a collaborative, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional scrum team
- Drive technical delivery while remaining hands-on with development
