You will work with product owners, project managers, business analysts, developers and SMEs to ensure timely, scoped, high-quality outcomes. The role blends agile, traditional and hybrid approaches to suit project needs, with a focus on risk management and governance. You’ll leverage AI/GenAI tools to boost delivery efficiency and provide data-driven insights. This opportunity offers impact at scale within a supportive, cross-functional team. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead delivery of complex digital, cloud and technology programmes /li li Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and SMEs /li li Manage stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical audiences /li li Lead delivery teams, remove blockers, keep projects on track /li li Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods per project requirements /li li Support planning, governance, reporting, risk management and delivery assurance /li li Utilise Jira, Confluence and MS Project to manage programme progress /li li Leverage AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve delivery efficiency /li li Analyse delivery data and project metrics to inform decisions /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience delivering software, cloud or SaaS projects in Agile or Waterfall environments /li li Background in project delivery, programme management, software development, QA or solution design /li li Strong stakeholder management and communication skills /li li Experience leading or mentoring delivery teams /li li Active Security Clearance /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li clear communication /li li problem-solving /li li DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) /li li Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud) /li li Software architecture and integration patterns /li /ul
