An exciting opportunity for multiple Principal/Senior Engineers - Systems Engineering to play a key role in the development of cutting-edge systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver system design solutions in alignment with project milestones, ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Manage system and product requirements across platforms and programs, ensuring comprehensive documentation and traceability.
  • Provide design verification and validation, ensuring evidence is captured in requirements management tools and endorsed by relevant authorities.
  • Contribute to project planning activities, including estimating the scope of work and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to enhance domain knowledge and technical expertise.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies within the defence, maritime, or similarly complex industries.
  • A clear understanding of the role MBSE plays within the wider product development and engineering landscape.
  • Practical involvement across key phases of the engineering lifecycle, with awareness of the full end-to-end process.
  • Familiarity with applicable engineering standards, including those related to safety and environmental compliance.
