Senior Transformation Project Manager Location: Croydon, London | Hybrid – 1–3 days per week Contract: Inside IR35 | Until March 2027 Clearance: Active SC Clearance required Rate: £425 per day I'm working with a leading UK Government organisation to find an experienced Senior Transformation Project Manager to support the delivery of a complex transformation programme. The Role As a Transformation Project Manager, you'll maintain the integrated programme plan, critical path, RAID log and Authority dependency log. You'll coordinate activity across multiple workstreams, ensuring key milestones remain on track and risks, issues and dependencies are identified and escalated appropriately. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining the integrated programme plan Managing the critical path and programme milestones Maintaining RAID and dependency logs Coordinating activity across multiple workstreams Producing milestone and delivery reporting Facilitating stakeholder workshops Identifying and escalating delivery risks Supporting programme governance Working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams What We're Looking For We're looking for a Transformation Project Manager with: Strong project management experience Experience delivering transformation or operating-model programmes Strong RAID and dependency management skills Experience within structured governance environments Excellent stakeholder and workshop management skills Strong planning, reporting and organisation skills Central government or public sector experience desirable Active SC Clearance Apply If you're an experienced Transformation Project Manager with strong governance and stakeholder management experience and active SC Clearance, I'd be keen to speak with you about this opportunity.
