Senior Data Analyst Croydon, London | Hybrid – 1–3 days per week Contract: Inside IR35 | Until March 2027 Clearance: Active SC Clearance required Rate: £400–£495 per day I'm working with a leading UK Government organisation to find an experienced Data Analyst to support performance reporting and evaluation across a major transformation programme. The Role As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for helping establish clear, reliable performance reporting across the programme. You'll work with KPI data, baseline information and multiple data sources to provide meaningful insight into performance, progress and outcomes. A key part of the role will be developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, working with incomplete or legacy datasets and turning complex information into clear management information for senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain KPI and performance reporting. Establish baseline data and support ongoing performance tracking. Build and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. Work with multiple data sources, including incomplete, inconsistent and legacy datasets. Analyse trends, identify gaps and highlight performance issues. Produce clear management information to support programme decision-making. Support performance and evaluation activities across the programme. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into practical data solutions. What We're Looking For We're looking for a Data Analyst with strong experience in: Data analysis and performance reporting. Power BI and dashboard development. KPI development, tracking and baseline reporting. Working with incomplete, inconsistent or legacy data. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Communicating data and insight clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience within transformation programmes or the public sector would be advantageous. Active SC Clearance is essential.
