Role: Systems Architect

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Bristol or Stevenage (Hybrid 3–5 days on-site per week due to classification)

The Role

As Lead Architect, you’ll:

• Own the creation of architectural artefacts across multiple product offerings
• Champion modularity and design re-use
• Influence and guide design processes while mentoring other architects
• Collaborate across multi-skilled teams to deliver on time, on cost, and on quality

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in complex systems architecture and MBSE
• Ability to lead and coordinate activities across diverse teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Rhapsody (essential), SysML, IBM Engineering Workflow Management, and ideally DOORS Next Generation
