Join one of Europe's leading defence engineering organisations as a Project Manager, supporting the delivery of complex and business-critical programmes. You'll be responsible for leading medium to large-scale projects across a highly technical environment, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the delivery of medium-to-large scale projects and work packages.
  • Owning project plans, schedules, budgets and risk management activities.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting bids, proposals, estimating and project planning activities.
  • Driving project performance and ensuring delivery against key milestones.
  • Working collaboratively across engineering, commercial and operational teams.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice project management.
  • Previous Project Management or Programme Management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing project cost, schedule and risk.
  • Exposure to bidding, tendering or estimating activities.
  • Ability to work effectively within complex engineering or technical environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
