What you'll be doing:
- Managing the delivery of medium-to-large scale projects and work packages.
- Owning project plans, schedules, budgets and risk management activities.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting bids, proposals, estimating and project planning activities.
- Driving project performance and ensuring delivery against key milestones.
- Working collaboratively across engineering, commercial and operational teams.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice project management.
- Previous Project Management or Programme Management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing project cost, schedule and risk.
- Exposure to bidding, tendering or estimating activities.
- Ability to work effectively within complex engineering or technical environments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
