An exciting opportunity has become available for a 2nd Line Backup & Storage Engineer to join a major technology organisation supporting a large-scale, secure enterprise environment. The role will involve the day-to-day support, management and development of enterprise storage and backup platforms across multiple data centre sites. You will resolve incidents, service requests and problem tickets, while ensuring the continued availability, performance and resilience of the storage estate.
