The client has been building SRE capabilities for several years but still relies heavily on traditional ITSM / ITIL practices. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, influence execution, and embed an application support culture.

- Assess current operations and support processes (‘as-is’) and define the SRE transformation roadmap (‘to-be’).
- Work alongside the client’s product team leads to coach and embed SRE practices.
- Guide on cloud adoption and operational excellence across AWS, Azure, and multi-platform applications.
- Advocate for and influence cultural change towards an outcome-focused, DevOps/SRE model.

- Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and multi-platform applications.

- Opportunity to make a tangible impact on team culture and operational maturity.
Who Should Apply
