Project Manager – Software Implementations
Location: Northampton (Hybrid, 2 days a week)
Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience) + 20% bonus
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of software projects within a complex and fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder management, rigorous planning, and the ability to land change successfully across business and technology functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of off-the-shelf software implementation projects from inception through to completion.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to ensure buy-in and successful adoption.
- Prepare business and technology teams for change through structured planning, forecasting, and communication.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources, ensuring delivery against agreed time, cost, and quality.
- Operate within governance frameworks, producing required documentation and clear reporting.
- Close projects effectively, ensuring lessons learned and business readiness are embedded.
