What You’ll Do:
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research across discovery, alpha, beta and live
- Recruit participants, run interviews, usability tests and contextual studies
- Synthesise findings into clear insights that drive service and product decisions
- Work closely with service designers, product managers and delivery teams
- Ensure research aligns with GDS standards and supports evidence-based decision-making
- Communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels
