Currently working with a leading advisory and transformation consultancy in search of a Technology Transformation Senior Manager to join their growing Technology Advisory practice.
This is an opportunity to work directly with C-suite stakeholders on complex business and technology challenges, helping organisations unlock value through technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model design and large-scale transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will combine strong consulting expertise with a deep understanding of modern technology landscapes.
We're looking for
- Experience gained within a leading management consulting or advisory firm
- Strong Enterprise Architecture experience with a proven track record designing complex technology solutions.
- Experience delivering digital transformation, technology strategy or operating model engagements.
- Broad understanding of software delivery, applications, infrastructure, operations and governance.
- Ability to develop pragmatic technology roadmaps and define future-state architectures.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Leading digital and technology transformation programmes for enterprise clients.
- Advising executive stakeholders on technology strategy, operating model design and governance.
- Defining target-state enterprise architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Conducting digital diagnostics, technology assessments and maturity reviews.
- Driving application, data, integration and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
- Supporting technology cost optimisation, outsourcing and transformation programmes.
- Leading technology due diligence, carve-out and integration engagements.
- Supporting proposal development and business growth activities across strategic accounts.
Package
- £100,000 - £120,000 base salary
