We’re partnering with a global consulting organisation to hire a Technology Strategy Manager into their growing Public Sector (Health & Government) practice. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology strategy, helping major public sector and healthcare organisations shape large-scale digital transformation programmes, technology roadmaps, and innovation strategies.

You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, leading strategic engagements focused on areas such as cloud, AI, digital operating models, and enterprise transformation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading technology strategy engagements and transformation workstreams
  • Advising senior client stakeholders across Health & Public Services
  • Building business cases and transformation roadmaps
  • Identifying opportunities to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation through technology
  • Supporting business development, proposals, and strategic client relationships
  • Leading and mentoring consultants within project teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience delivering technology strategy or digital transformation consulting
  • Background working within Health, Government, or wider Public Services
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies including cloud and AI
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations
  • Commercial mindset with experience contributing to bids or business development
