Hybrid based in Reading - 1 to 3 days on site per week
We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a utilities project, with an ASAP start on an initial 6-month contract.
What you'll be doing

Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.

Working with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system improvements.

Mapping processes, analysing data and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Supporting systems integration, data flows, testing and implementation.

Translating business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements.
What we're looking for

Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar.

Experience in the utilities or energy sector.

Knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Power BI or Excel.

Strong understanding of systems, integrations and business processes.

Experience with workforce management, scheduling or resource planning is desirable. xiskglj
