They're looking for an experienced UX professional who can work directly with clients, solve complex challenges and influence the direction of large-scale transformation initiatives. This is far more than a traditional UX role. You'll work alongside multidisciplinary consulting teams, helping organisations redesign services that have real national impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading user-centred discovery and research activities
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops with senior client teams
- Mapping complex user journeys and service experiences
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and design concepts
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers and Delivery Leads
- Presenting recommendations and influencing decision-makers
- Working across multiple high-profile transformation programmes
