We're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join a growing Strategic Programme Management practice. This is an advisory-focused role where you'll work with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation programmes, provide strategic guidance, and lead the successful delivery of complex change initiatives.

You'll combine consulting expertise with programme management experience, helping clients solve their most critical business challenges while contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice.

Your day to day:

  • Advise clients on complex transformation and change initiatives.
  • Lead consulting engagements and deliver high-quality programme outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive teams.

What we need from you:

  • 4+ years' experience within management consulting, advisory, professional services or a Big 4 consultancy.
  • Strong Programme and Project Management expertise, ideally across digital or large-scale transformation.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading consulting engagements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to build client relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • A degree, with relevant certifications considered advantageous.
