Following several significant client wins across utilities, telecoms and life sciences, a leading global transformation consultancy is hiring Senior Business Analysts (Senior Consultant level) to join their London practice. This is ideal for consultants with 5+ years' experience who want to step into larger, more complex programmes and take on greater ownership of analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery.
What you'll do:
- Lead AS‐IS / TO‐BE process analysis and produce high‐quality process models
- Own requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops and structured analysis
- Produce functional specs, user stories, process flows and solution documentation
- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, risks and optimisation opportunities
- Facilitate cross‐functional workshops between business and technical teams
- Develop business cases and support strategic decision‐making
- Support UAT, change management and delivery governance
- Maintain documentation including requirements traceability matrices

- 5+ years in Business Analysis within a consulting environment
- Experience delivering BA work across the full project lifecycle
- Strong exposure to technology‐enabled transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop leadership
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving and communication skills

- Professional BA certifications (CBAP/BCS) advantageous
