This opportunity sits within a high‑performing Oracle Finance Transformation practice, where the Oracle Finance Lead will take ownership of delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership across large‑scale ERP programmes.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead delivery across Oracle Finance transformation programmes
- Manage large‑scale implementations from planning through to execution
- Provide expert functional guidance across finance workstreams

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle Finance transformation programmes
- Oversee multiple finance workstreams including:
- General Ledger
- Intercompany
- Receivables
- Payables
- Payments
- Collections
- Accounting Hub
- Provide functional leadership across solution design and implementation
- Manage programme scope, risks, and delivery performance
- Engage senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
- Support integration of ERP solutions with wider business systems
- Ensure alignment with delivery methodologies and best practice
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams across complex delivery environments
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience delivering Oracle ERP Finance transformation programmes
- Proven track record managing multi‑workstream finance implementations
- Strong functional expertise across end‑to‑end finance processes
- Experience leading and developing delivery teams
- Exposure to solution architecture and ERP integrations
- Strong client‑facing experience with senior stakeholder engagement
- Experience across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to manage delivery risks, issues, and programme scope
- Experience working with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or similar)
- Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Ability to travel as required
- Eligibility to obtain UK Government Security Clearance
