We're looking for an experienced Demand Planner / Forecasting Lead to take ownership of demand planning and forecasting across an EMEA product portfolio, driving collaboration between Commercial, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to improve forecast accuracy and planning performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end demand planning and forecasting for assigned products across the EMEA region.
- Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams.
- Lead stakeholder workshops to identify process improvements and enhance demand planning capabilities.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, analyse variances and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support S&OP / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, reporting and change management activities.
What we're looking for:
- Proven end-to-end Demand Planning experience with ownership of forecasts across products, markets or regions.
- Background in Biopharma, FMCG or another complex manufacturing environment.
- Strong forecasting expertise, including forecast accuracy, bias analysis and root cause investigation.
- Experience working within S&OP / IBP and collaborating across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and continuous improvement skills, with experience using planning systems and Excel.
