We are seeking a Consulting Manager to join one of the world’s leading change and transformation consultancies. This position is responsible for leading all aspects of Project Management delivery across complex client engagements. Working within established methodologies and frameworks, you will drive successful project outcomes, provide leadership to delivery teams, and build strong client relationships. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business to deliver transformation initiatives and support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery across complex consulting engagements, maximising client impact and influencing decision-making.
  • Own project delivery and client relationship management, ensuring delivery excellence and lasting client outcomes.
  • Develop trusted relationships with client executive teams and industry organisations.
  • Support business development activities and contribute to long-term sales strategy and account growth.

Experience you’ll need:

  • The successful candidate will have 7+ years of management consulting experience.
  • Subject matter expertise in Programme and Project Management, ideally within digital product and/or large-scale transformation environments.
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements and managing senior client stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving business outcomes throughout delivery.
  • Ability to travel to meet client and project requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
