We're looking for a CIAM Consultant to join a growing digital identity team, helping organisations deliver secure, seamless customer experiences through modern Customer Identity & Access Management solutions.

  • Designing and implementing Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solutions.
  • Working with clients to translate business and customer experience requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Delivering modern digital identity solutions that support large user populations.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders across complex programmes.
  • Advising clients on CIAM best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging identity trends.
  • Exploring modern authentication technologies including biometrics, passwordless authentication, and AI-driven fraud detection.

3+ years' commercial experience in Identity & Access Management or Customer Identity & Access Management.
