As part of a central digital function, this role offers a unique opportunity to operate as an internal consultant, working across multiple operating companies to design and deliver cutting-edge Industry 4.0 solutions. This is not a traditional plant-based role. You’ll be shaping how modern manufacturing environments evolve, bringing together data, AI, robotics, and automation to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and uptime.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading pilots and projects in AI-assisted visual inspection, predictive maintenance, robotics, and automation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and performance at cell, line, or departmental level.
- Designing and delivering data-driven solutions across MES, SCADA, IIoT, and digital manufacturing technologies.
- Working alongside operational and engineering teams to translate real-world problems into actionable technical solutions.
- Creating scalable frameworks and reference architectures for repeatable adoption across multiple sites.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of modern manufacturing technologies across global operating companies.

- ~4–6 years’ experience in digital manufacturing, automation, or Industry 4.0 environments.
- ~ Exposure to PLCs, MES, SCADA, IIoT, robotics, AI, or computer vision in a manufacturing context.
